Returns & Exchanges

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

Each piece is custom created just for you and therefore all sales are final. However, if you receive your order and there is damage or a misprint, we can re-ship a replacement.

If you are having any issues with this or would like to return an item, please email Merch@HarryJowsey.com and include:

  1. Your order number
  2. Name on the order
  3. Email the order was made with
  4. Your request.

Damaged Items

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item please email Merch@HarryJowsey.com and include

  1. Your order number
  2. Name on the order
  3. Email the order was made with  
  4. Your request and most importantly
  5. A photograph demonstrating the quality of the print or the damaged area of the item.
